These Terms govern your use of the Hourvest mobile application (“Hourvest”, “the app”), operated from Slovakia. By using Hourvest you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What Hourvest does
Hourvest helps you understand your spending by converting it into the equivalent of your working time. You may optionally connect a bank account via Open Banking (PSD2) to import transactions automatically.
2. Not financial advice
Hourvest is an informational and budgeting tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and figures shown (including “money as time”) are estimates. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
3. Bank connections
Bank connections are provided through our licensed Open Banking provider, Enable Banking. Access is read-only: Hourvest can view account and transaction information you authorise, and can never initiate payments or move money. You authenticate directly with your bank and can revoke access at any time.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
- Use the app only for lawful, personal purposes.
- Only connect bank accounts that belong to you or that you are authorised to access.
5. Availability
We aim to keep Hourvest available and accurate, but the app is provided “as is” without warranties. Open Banking data depends on your bank and third-party providers and may be delayed or incomplete.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hourvest and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, or for decisions made based on information shown in it.
7. Termination
You may stop using Hourvest and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if these Terms are breached or as required to protect the service.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
